THE APPLICATION PROCESS

The Aesthetics Institute provides hands-on,
technology-supported esthetics instruction and has served Portland and the Pacific Northwest since 1985.

The Application Process

For nearly 40 years, the Aesthetics Institute has made the commitment to teach highly personalized, hands-on esthetics training. We ensure each student receives the highest level of individualized instruction by limiting the number of students we enroll for each class.
The maximum number of students we admit is 14 per start date. This policy ensures we can continue to offer an unparalleled level of esthetics education and allows each student to have ample one-on-one time with our instructors.

Step By Step Process of Applying to Our Institution

Schedule a campus tour.

We want you to see our facilities, speak with current students and instructors, and see if one of our programs could be a good fit for your esthetics education goals.

Submit our online application.

After your tour, if you decide you would like to attend our school, please fill out the on line application. The application fee is $25

We will accept your application and mail enrollment paperwork.

Once we receive your application and payment, it will take us up to five to ten business days to process your application and return to you your Enrollment Agreement and Payment Plan Agreement.

We will email you these documents so please check your email regularly.

Review and sign your enrollment paperwork through DocuSign.

If you have ANY questions or concerns about anything contained in these documents, we are more than happy to go over them with you, either in person at school, or over the phone, whichever you prefer.

Secure your seat and start date with a $250 enrollment fee.

This can also be done online at the same time you sign and return your enrollment documents. A payment link will be provided.

You are enrolled at the Aesthetics Institute!

When the school receives all three of the requirements listed above ('Enrollment Agreement', 'Payment Plan Agreement', and 'Enrollment Fee'), you will be officially enrolled and we will send a receipt of enrollment confirmation and payment, as well as copies of the finalized documents for your records.

Please Note:

Failure to complete any one of these steps will cause your enrolment to be incomplete and you may possibly forfeit your desired start date.

*Please note that we are required by the state of Oregon to collect these above three pieces of information. Failure to provide any one of these can cause your enrollment to be canceled.
